Recognized as the world’s youngest Executive Chef of a five-star kitchen at age 26, he has earned numerous accolades and catered to royalty, heads of state, celebrities, and global dignitaries while mentoring generations of aspiring chefs.

Chef Manjit Singh Gill

Chef Manjit Singh Gill is a celebrated culinary leader and President of the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations. Former Corporate Chef of ITC Hotels, he is a recipient of the Escoffier Medal and the author of Eating Wisely & Well and the acclaimed Secrets of Indian Gastronomy series.

Mr. Ajay Grover

Ajay Grover, an IHM Pusa alumnus and Best All-Round Student, brings over 45 years of leadership experience across hospitality, aviation, and business sectors. He has held senior positions with Taj Hotels, Jet Airways, Air Sahara, and Paramount Airways, and currently co-owns a management consulting firm specializing in M&A, luxury brand expansion, and hospitality audits.

Chef Sabyasachi Gorai

Chef Sabyasachi Gorai (Chef Saby) is a renowned celebrity chef, educator, consultant, television host, and culinary judge. Trained in France, the USA, and Italy, he has received numerous accolades, including recognition as India’s Best Chef by the President of India.

Mr. Salil Fadnis

Salil Fadnis, an IHM Mumbai alumnus, has over 30 years of experience in hospitality, including 15 years as an Executive Chef. Having worked with leading hotel chains in India and abroad, he is a founding member and current President of the Western India Culinary Association (WICA).

Prof. Nimit chawdhary

Prof. Nimit Chowdhary is an accomplished academic with over 30 years of experience in tourism and hospitality education. With more than 245 publications, extensive international exposure across 40+ countries, and prestigious recognitions including the Eminent Engineer award, he is known for his innovation in teaching and research excellence.
